Throat Coat Tea, or to support Thayer pills and drink lots of water or tea, you can stand. In addition, if there is a health food store nearby, you can try homeopathic Lachesis 30c. 2 to 4 small balls which dissolve under the tongue, 3 times a day (but only for a day)

My doctor told me last year, when I happened to much liquid as you can stand to drink. (But who does not drink milk because it makes the mucus builds up.) This will help dilute mucus. A saline nasal spray, and gargling with warm water. Fortunately, I'm not sure that this clear Thursday, but still good.
