Frozen shoulder is a condition that the joint capsule of the shoulder and the results of the stiffness and loss of mobility affects the shoulder joint.
Heat lamps are for the relaxation of the muscles and massage is ideal. You can try deep heat or some other type of muscle spray. Otherwise I would not think there is anything in particular that only you can take painkillers. :)

Meanwhile, anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen, the use of heat (like a skate-maize) in the microwave, and try not to over-compensation by himself to the side.
